If you're having trouble with the application on either iOS or Android, I first recommend that you uninstall and reinstall it. I find that usually helps in anything tech-related :)

If you have other queries/concerns, or if the issue persists even after reinstalling, send me an email and I promise to look into it. If applicable, please also mention the following details:

• Your device model (e.g. "iPhone 13" or "Samsung Galaxy S8")
